Description
This is a list of ICD-10 codes associated with suicide deaths. This particular set of codes relates to sequelae of intentional self-harm; injury or poisoning of undetermined intent. There are also other codes that are relevant for suicide deaths, but this is the subsection related to sequelae.

Methodology
The list of codes is available in the ICD-10 section on self-harm. The list was reviewed by clinical colleagues in the National Patient Safety team and were flagged as being relevant for suicide deaths.
