Clearly irrelevant codes excluded (with review by a second clinician)
Candidate codelist uploaded to OpenCodelists for review of candidate codes.
Excluded definite diagnoses. Specifically excluded codes related to rapid access chest pain clinic as local guidelines for these clinics may include those with cardiac symptoms other than chest pain (e.g., shortness of breath).
