This dm+d codelist contains all preparations of low molecular weight heparins.
Methodology
All AMPs and VMPs from the NHS dm+d have been mapped where the BNF code begins 020801. The following chemicals were included
- Enoxaparin
- Dalteparin
- Tinzaparin
